Automated Tools & Compliance

AccessiLens AI provides automated tools to assist with web accessibility and WCAG compliance. However, automated tools alone cannot guarantee 100% compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), EN 301 549, or WCAG 2.1/2.2 guidelines. Full compliance requires manual auditing and continuous remediation. Information provided by AccessiLens does not constitute legal advice. We strongly recommend consulting with legal counsel regarding your specific compliance obligations.

Automated Compliance Limitations

While AccessiLens AI detects and resolves a significant portion of accessibility barriers, no automated software can make a website fully compliant. To protect against litigation and achieve full WCAG certification, a comprehensive Manual Accessibility Audit is required. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that our automated widget is a supplementary tool and does not guarantee legal immunity.

Important: No automated overlay or widget can substitute for a comprehensive manual accessibility audit. We strongly recommend pairing our automated tools with our Manual Audit Services for complete protection.

The Role of AI in Accessibility

AccessiLens AI leverages advanced automation to instantly remediate common accessibility errors and provide an accessible user interface. However, AI cannot interpret human context. A significant portion of WCAG criteria—such as logical focus order, complex keyboard navigation, and accurate alt-text context—require human evaluation. We offer this widget as a foundational step in your accessibility journey, not the finish line.

Why Manual Audits are Essential

Automated tools are powerful, but they can only detect programmatic accessibility issues. Our Manual Audit Services involve certified accessibility experts and native assistive technology users (e.g., screen reader users) who test your site line-by-line. This is the only legally robust method to ensure full conformance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and ADA Title III. A manual audit provides the documentation and certification necessary to demonstrate your commitment to total digital inclusion.

Dashboard & Automated Scores

Your current accessibility score reflects automated testing results only. Automated checks cannot detect all WCAG violations. To ensure complete ADA/WCAG compliance and receive an official Letter of Conformance, please schedule a Manual Accessibility Audit.

Limitation of Liability

AccessiLens provides software and services to aid in accessibility compliance. The Customer acknowledges that web accessibility laws (including but not limited to the ADA, Section 508, and EN 301 549) are subject to interpretation, and no automated tool or overlay can guarantee absolute compliance. AccessiLens expressly disclaims any liability for third-party claims, demand letters, or lawsuits related to the Customer's web accessibility. The Customer assumes full responsibility for their website's compliance and is advised to obtain manual audits and legal counsel.
